During your reiki session we will work on opening up your 7 chakras,to removing any heavy dense energy and replacing it with high vibration energy. Reiki is used to help reduce stress, tension, anxiety, and instead will help to leaving you feeling more relaxed, lighter, peaceful and more at ease.
